Flexible working hours and intensive schedule during summer and on Fridays At **BBDO\&Proximity**, we are looking for a multidisciplinary profile to join our team’s various production departments. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Analyze requirements * Identify and advise on the optimal execution approach for the creative proposal (combining internal/external resources) * Budget management * Development and monitoring of timelines * Supervision and/or execution (external, internal, or hybrid production) * Cost control and invoicing process (tracking purchase orders \+ freelancer invoices) * R\+D activities **What are we looking for?** * A multidisciplinary profile across various production areas: * Print (retail/direct marketing) * Audiovisual (in-house production and external production company hiring) * Events: + Ephemeral production + Stands/pop-ups + Corporate image implementation * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role * Minimum English proficiency level: B2 **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract * Opportunity for continuous training and certification acquisition * Hybrid work model: 3\+2 (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) * Flexible working hours * Intensive schedule on Fridays and during summer * 22 vacation days \+ 5 personal days \+ birthday off * Flexible compensation If you are seeking a challenge within a multinational and constantly evolving environment, don’t hesitate to join our team!
