Job Summary: We are seeking an Event and Booth Producer to plan, coordinate, and execute unique and memorable experiences in the pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. For our Audiovisual Team, we are looking for an Event and Booth Producer to join our team. If you are an expert in event production and passionate about creating unique and memorable experiences, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all stages of the process proceed smoothly. * Collaborate with the creative and design teams to develop unique concepts and themes aligned with client objectives. * Manage suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure optimal services and pricing. * Oversee event logistics, including venue management, staffing, production of promotional materials, among others. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal teams and clients throughout the entire process, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that arise. * Develop and monitor the event budget, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon costs from start to finish. * Conduct technical site visits and venue scouting. * Manage suppliers (identification, engagement, and negotiation). * Create 2D and 3D floor plans and renders (SketchUp, AutoCAD). * Develop event and setup schedules. * Manage installation and dismantling teams. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an event and booth producer. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and clients. * Solid knowledge of event and booth logistics and management, including staff coordination, stage setup, safety protocols, etc. * Proficiency in technological tools and event management software. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Detail-oriented mindset and effective problem-solving abilities. * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours according to each event’s requirements.
