The selected candidate will play a key role in **proposal execution, demos, and closing activities**, as well as in the **management of fixed-scope projects and time-and-materials engagements**, actively participating in client stakeholder engagement and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Leadership and **management of Salesforce teams**, including career path definition. * Direct communication with **client stakeholders and decision-makers**. * Execution of **commercial proposals**, demos, and closing processes. * Active participation in **pre-sales activities** and support for business development. * Management of **fixed-scope projects and time-and-materials engagements**. * Coordination and tracking of projects with a **Project Manager** focus. * Support in **account strategy**, alongside Account Executive profiles. * Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with client objectives. Requirements * Over **5 years of experience** in Salesforce environments, with a functional profile. * **Salesforce Administrator certification** (mandatory). * Demonstrable experience in: * Team management and leadership. * Pre-sales and demo execution. * Commercial closings. * Project management (PM / Delivery). * Business development and commercial vision. * Knowledge of **fixed-scope project and time-and-materials engagement management**. * Minimum **B2 level English** (international environment). * Availability to work on-site in **Madrid** (company and client offices). * Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in the **banking or financial sector**. * Strategic vision and client orientation. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proactivity and results-driven mindset.
