About You and the role We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager with a strong background in high \- volume, full \- service restaurants. You are a confident leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong hands \- on presence on the floor. \- Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take full ownership of the daily restaurant operations at Florentine Madrid, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and profitable results aligned with the Florentine brand. \- You will lead and develop the front \- of \- house team, oversee service standards, coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar, and drive operational excellence. You will also be responsible for managing performance, analyzing results, and continuously improving service quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. \- You will be responsible for supervising staff during service, assisting with training and development, maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and safety, and helping to coordinate communication between front and back of house.
