Responsible for coordinating a parts assembly team. Duties include assigning daily tasks, participating in assembly work, ensuring product accuracy and quality, and training new team members. Production deadlines and process efficiency are supervised, while maintaining a safe working environment.
Reporting results to management and resolving incidents promptly is critical. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate the team are required. Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments, as well as technical training in mechanics or production, is highly valued.
This position provides opportunities to apply and develop leadership skills in a practical setting, with direct responsibility for the team.
Minimum one year of experience in team supervision or leadership within production or assembly environments. Knowledge of assembly techniques and quality control. Ability to manage and motivate work teams. Problem-solving skills and the capacity to make quick, effective decisions. Focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. Availability to work the scheduled shifts. Vocational training (FP) or equivalent in production- or mechanics-related fields is desirable. Certification in occupational safety and machinery operation is a strong advantage.
