Opportunity to enhance provider experience and treatment consistency. ### **Description** This position is ideal for **entry‑level clinical professionals** looking to join the **Clinical Operations / Treatment Design team** as an **Associate Clinical Specialist**, contributing to **clinical decision\-making, case support, and treatment quality**. Partnering with **CAD Designers, Support Teams, and Invisalign Providers**, you will provide **clinical insights, case evaluations, and communication support** to ensure treatment plans align with **Align Protocols** and **customer needs**. This role is **critical to supporting high‑quality clinical outcomes**, enhancing provider experience, and ensuring consistency across treatment planning operations.### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide **clinical support** to CAD Designers, Support Teams and ensure treatments follow **Align protocols and customer instructions.** * Participate in **clinical communication** with Align employees and Invisalign Providers as needed. * Resolve **customer issues** and manage **product** and **treatment**‑related **inquiries**. * Participate in and/or deliver **training sessions** for production CAD Designers. * Assist or participate in **clinical training sessions** for internal teams and Invisalign providers. * Contribute to **special projects** and **suggest improvements** to enhance clinical quality and customer experience. * Assist with **product safety** reporting in collaboration with Regulatory and QA. * Follow s**afety policies** and **work independently** within assigned responsibilities. ### **Skills, Knowledge \& Expertise** * **\+2 year**s of experience in Dentistry. * Master's Degree in Orthodontics is considered an asset. * Experience in interactions with customers and / or similar role is highly regarded. * Hands\-on experience with **ClinCheck** software would be an advantage. * **English** proficiency is a must for this role. * **Portuguese** is considered a nice\-to\-have. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret **orthodontic records, prescriptions, internal communications, and procedures.** * Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, evaluate alternatives and implement effective solutions. * Ability to apply **clinical judgment** and make sound **clinical decisions.** * Demonstrated potential to **learn, adapt, and manage company tools** to track personal and CAD Designer performance. * Strong **customer focus**. * **Proactive** **mindset** to identify opportunities for improvement, challenge the status quo and contribute to process optimization. **Teamwork:** Collaborative team player who builds solid internal relationships and works effectively with Support teams, clinical leadership, and cross‑functional departments. * Knowledge of **computer operations** and Microsoft Office tools. * Strong ability to **present information effectively** to co‑workers and customers. ### **About Align Technology** **Your growth and well\-being:** At Align, every smile matters.
