Then we are looking for you! ### **Job Mission:** Ensure the proper execution of prefabricated concrete structural assembly works through on-site supervision and quality control, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications, contractual requirements, applicable regulations, and corporate quality standards—thereby contributing to the reduction of incidents, rework, and costs of non-conformance. ### **Key Objectives:** * Ensure quality in on-site assembly execution. * Detect deviations early to prevent rework and claims. * Standardize quality control and inspection criteria across all projects. * Reduce the cost of non-conformance and improve customer satisfaction. * Guarantee full documentation traceability of performed inspections. ### **Functions and Responsibilities:** On-site Control and Inspection: * Verify correct execution of assembly works. * Supervise compliance with drawings, procedures, and technical specifications. * Conduct periodic inspections throughout all assembly phases. * Check geometric, dimensional, and positioning tolerances. * Validate alignments, levels, plumbness, and adjustments of prefabricated elements. Quality Management: * Implement and maintain on-site inspection and testing plans. * Develop checklists and control records. * Manage incidents and non-conformities. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions. * Track progress until effective closure of identified deviations. Client and Technical Supervision Coordination: * Participate in inspections with clients, technical supervisors, and control bodies. * Issue technical quality reports. * Provide technical support for resolving on-site incidents. * Collaborate in partial and final project handovers. Continuous Improvement: * Analyze root causes of recurring defects and incidents. * Propose improvements to manufacturing, transportation, and assembly processes. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Develop quality assembly performance indicators and dashboards. * Transfer best practices across projects. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Technical Architecture, or Building Construction.
