During the internship, the student will gain insight into how workforce monitoring, organizational planning, training, and other internal processes supporting people development and departmental operations are carried out. **Training Objectives** During the internship, the student will have the opportunity to: * Learn about workforce monitoring and planning processes within the Enel Commercial business. * Collaborate in analyzing and updating information related to vacancies and organizational changes. * Become familiar with the department’s internal procedures and understand their practical application. * Participate in monitoring commercial fleet management processes to understand their operation. * Learn how variable compensation schemes for the sales force are implemented and supervised. * Develop competencies in processing and analyzing data using digital tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office. * Strengthen organizational, data analysis, communication, and teamwork skills within a corporate environment. **Mentoring and Follow-up** The student will receive continuous guidance from a specialized mentor who will set learning objectives aligned with the training program.
