**HR Internship – Madrid**

At Pandora, we are seeking a trainee to provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from industry professionals and gain experience within a global retail company.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
* Post job openings on various recruitment portals and channels.
* Assist with resume screening and interview scheduling.
* Support the administrative management of new hires (onboarding, contracts, documentation, etc.).
* Digitize and archive employment documentation in internal platforms.
* Maintain the employee database up to date, ensuring information confidentiality.
* Assist in coordinating initial training sessions and onboarding processes.
* Support the HR team in addressing employee inquiries during the Christmas campaign.
* Participate in preparing reports and analytics related to recruitment and onboarding.
**ABOUT YOU**
* Fluent Spanish. English is highly valued in our international environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and motivation to grow within Human Resources.
* Interest in understanding how occupational health and safety functions within a corporate setting.
