




**Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities** - Perform preventive maintenance inspections to assess the condition of facilities and industrial assets, ensuring proper operation and detecting anomalies that could cause future damage - Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance interventions (corrective, scheduled, safety-related, etc.), evaluating their scope in advance with the aim of preventing and correcting failures that could affect facility performance, product quality, or personnel and machine safety - Conduct interventions while considering the operating principles of food processing in the dairy industry, exercising maximum care and precautions and avoiding potential quality issues. - Consult necessary documentation (diagrams, blueprints, etc.) for carrying out interventions - Complete and process documentation generated during interventions (work orders, SAP notifications of interventions and spare parts used) - Maintain and care for work instruments and tools - Organize and clean the work environment - Actively participate in applicable procedures of the Occupational Risk Prevention Management System - Report and communicate any incidents or detected risks to the Facilities Team Leader Position type: Full-time, Permanent contract
