We need to hire a Construction Site Manager in Madrid (multiple projects) Responsibilities: site layout and surveying, interpretation of construction drawings, execution of various construction work packages, coordination of all trades and industrial workers involved in the project, monitoring of delivery notes for personnel, industrial workers, and project suppliers, attendance at site inspections together with the Site Manager. Daily reporting to the Site Manager is required. Requirements: \-Basic occupational safety and health training in construction (60 hours), of which 20 hours must be classroom-based. \-Minimum 2\-3 years of experience. \-20-hour or 6-hour occupational risk prevention training specific to masonry work. \-Personal vehicle.
