Main responsibilities will include installation and maintenance of water and HVAC systems, fault detection and repair, as well as cleaning and upkeep of tools, vehicles, and company facilities. Autonomy in the role, initiative in resolving incidents, and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning will be positively valued. A valid Spanish driving license (Class B) and all legally required documentation are mandatory. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with an annual gross salary ranging between 22.500 and 26.000 euros, subject to the Collective Agreement for the Metallurgical Industry of the Community of Madrid.
