Comprehensive learning experience in the creative field At BBDO \& Proximity, we are looking to bring on a trainee for the position of **Trainee Art Director**, someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow within the creative team. This position offers the opportunity to experience the day-to-day operations of a creative agency and participate in real projects alongside the team. **What We Are Looking For:** ------------------ * Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma is a plus. * Interest in social media and understanding what type of content performs well on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual. * Familiarity with using and actively engaging on social media platforms. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Proactive, creative attitude with eagerness to learn and develop professionally. **Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Assist in creating visual content using tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. * Collaborate with the team in ideation, conceptualization, and execution of advertising campaigns, from inception through final delivery. * Contribute fresh and creative ideas for campaigns and projects. * Support the development of content strategies for various social media platforms. **Requirements** -------------- * Currently enrolled in the final year of studies or recently graduated in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines. * Eligibility to sign a training agreement. * Availability to undertake extracurricular internships (having previously completed curricular internships). * English proficiency level B2\. **What We Offer:** ------------------- * A comprehensive learning experience within the creative field. * A part-time schedule of **25 hours per week**. * A hybrid work model (in-office \+ remote work). * Internship based in Madrid.
