Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for the funeral sector, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident resolution and equipment maintenance We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a funeral sector company headquartered in Alcobendas. Main responsibilities will include preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. This covers electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, as well as work order management and activity logging in the GMAO system. Additionally, tools and equipment must be maintained in optimal condition, and incidents must be resolved to ensure comprehensive building maintenance. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, from Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. * We seek a responsible and versatile individual. * We seek an individual holding a valid driver’s license and possessing their own vehicle. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is considered an advantage.
