DESCRIPTION We are Carbonell Figueras, a company with over 52 years of experience in industrial construction, civil works, and building construction. Our HR recruitment team is looking to onboard an intern to support construction recruitment processes. We seek someone eager to learn and grow professionally in the field of talent acquisition. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting in posting job openings on various portals and platforms: LinkedIn, internal platforms, etc. * Collaborating in the active search for candidates via LinkedIn and other professional networks. * Screening and reviewing CVs. * Participating in the coordination and conduct of interviews. * Keeping the candidate database up to date. * Participating, as needed, in job fairs and university events for talent acquisition. Requirements * University student or recent graduate in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Proactive attitude and attention to detail. * Advanced English proficiency is a plus. What We Offer: * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00–17:30 (flexible start/end time within one hour); Friday, 8:00–14:00. * One-and-a-half-month summer intensive schedule. * Excellent working environment. * Real opportunity for permanent employment after the internship.
