Job Summary: We are seeking a psychologist for a senior residence in Usera, Madrid, to identify emotional issues, address cognitive deficits, and promote residents' independence and autonomy. Contribution to residents' recovery and adaptation. We are looking for a psychologist to work at a senior residence in the Usera neighborhood of Madrid. The role involves identifying emotional problems and addressing any cognitive deficits exhibited by residents. To this end, periodic assessments of residents' psychological capacities are conducted, and individualized treatment plans are designed to foster maximum possible independence in daily life, supporting their recovery and adaptation. Personal autonomy is also promoted through individual or group interventions, aiming for dignified and positive aging. Additionally, behavioral guidelines are provided to direct care staff and, if required, to family members, to ensure proper adaptation to the facility and satisfaction of all involved parties. The contract is a vacation replacement, full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:30\. Salary is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement. * University degree in Psychology. * General Health Master's degree and/or health qualification. * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position. * Valid professional registration. * Valid civil liability insurance.
