We operate five luxury pastry shops across Madrid and have growth plans for the coming years. We love what we do—delivering personalized service and exceptionally high-quality products. We are looking for people who are passionate about doing things right. This is a part-time position of 30 HOURS PER WEEK, scheduled for Fridays, eves of public holidays, public holidays, and weekends, during business hours, with two days off per week and split shifts. **Position Details:** * Permanent part-time contract (30 hours per week) with signed supplementary hours agreement. * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Hospitality and Tourism Activities of the Community of Madrid. * Job category / position: Kitchen Assistant * Working hours: Availability to work Monday through Sunday during business hours, with two days off per week. Availability for split shifts as stipulated in the Madrid Hospitality Collective Agreement. * Willingness to work at any of our Madrid city center cafés (Velázquez 55, Génova 1, Concha Espina 14\) * Schedule: Aligned with business operating hours **Responsibilities:** * General duties: Order reception, storage and labeling; preparation of mise en place (prepa) required for services; preparation of each menu item following pre-established recipes; maintaining order and cleanliness in kitchen areas (before, during, and after closing); preparation of beverages such as smoothies, daily juices, etc.; baking bakery items. * Maintenance and care of work equipment * Cleaning and organizing work areas, including the office * Compliance with food safety protocols and regulations, ensuring product quality **Requirements:** * Experience in kitchen operations * Orderliness and cleanliness * Strong attention to detail * Affection and passion for one’s work Employment type: Part-time Salary: €967.78 per month Work location: On-site employment
