We want to meet you! You will join the **Prevention Service**, actively contributing to key tasks related to worker safety, health, and well-being. #### **Main Responsibilities** + **Document Management and Onboarding Support**: preparation of preventive documentation, digital archiving, and database updates. + **Corporate Activity Coordination (CAE)**: documentary registration, use of GIS and client platforms, and compliance tracking. + **Medical Examination Management**: scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up of appointments for new hires and client requirements. + **Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Technical Activities**: accompanying risk assessments, environmental measurements, and monitoring implementation of planned actions. + **Drills and Emergencies**: supporting evacuation drills, updating emergency plans and teams, developing informational materials, and assisting in team training. + **Healthy Workplace Plan**: collaborating in the design of materials, presentations, and health promotion campaigns. + **Accident Management**: processing claims with mutual insurance companies, gathering information, and supporting accident investigations. + **Preventive Infographic Creation**: developing materials on musculoskeletal health, visual health, use of PPE, chemical substances, accident response, and other topics related to occupational safety, health, and well-being. + **Participation in new protocols** and in designing activities for the Prevention Service.#### **Candidate Profile** + Enrolled in the **Master's Program in Occupational Risk Prevention**. + Interest in occupational safety, health, and well-being. + Organizational skills, proactivity, and eagerness to learn. + Proficiency in digital tools and office software (desirable).
