To achieve this, you will provide support and guidance to the department’s strategic initiatives with a critical and constructive perspective, contributing to achieving strategic objectives through implementation of KPIs that help measure their success. Always adhering to regulatory frameworks and policies — both external ones potentially affecting operations and internal ones such as general corporate and HR policies currently in force. RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, dispatch, and track registrations for various Talent Development and Engagement projects. * Support in managing external training and event vendors (contract administration, invoice and budget tracking). * Update databases. * Manage communication regarding subsidized courses and track attendance. * Support virtual community engagement activities for interns, ambassadors, and talents. REQUIREMENTS Education and/or Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Psychology, or related fields Languages * English B1 COMPETENCIES Technical * Attention to detail * Knowledge of HR practices * Ability to quickly learn new tools * Prior administrative HR experience or event coordination experience is desirable Cross-functional & Behavioral * Commitment * Teamwork and cooperation * Adaptability and initiative **BENEFITS** * Hybrid remote work model. * One vacation day per completed month (subject to duration specified in the university agreement).
