The Area Manager will be responsible for leading the team of Specialists (Delegates) in pulmonary hospital products, ensuring proper execution of the hospital strategy and product access within their territory. They will manage a team of **9 people**, with a strong focus on hospital account management and the access environment. **Base Location:** MADRID or BARCELONA. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, develop, and motivate a team of 9 specialists focused on the hospital environment. * Implement commercial and access strategy in hospitals within their area of responsibility. * Ensure achievement of commercial and positioning objectives in key accounts. * Conduct field accompaniments, providing coaching on hospital sales and account management. * Analyze the hospital environment (stakeholders, decision-making pathways, tenders) and identify opportunities. * Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers (specialists, hospital pharmacy, committees). * Collaborate closely with Access, Medical, and Marketing teams to optimize product launch and consolidation. * Supervise and support tender processes and hospital protocols. * Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical code (Farmaindustria). * Participate in team selection, training, and development. **Requirements** * University degree (preferably in Health Sciences). * Prior experience as an Area Manager or in leading commercial teams. * Solid experience in the **hospital environment** (mandatory). * Experience with **pulmonary** products or related hospital specialties (highly desirable). * Knowledge of hospital access processes (tenders, committees, hospital pharmacy). * Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic vision capabilities. * Results-oriented mindset and analytical ability. * Willingness to travel. **What We Offer** * Strategic position within the hospital unit. * Growth-oriented project in the pulmonary area. * Salary: €45,000 gross annual base salary \+ competitive incentives. * Expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. * Company car, mobile phone, laptop, and tablet. *Inizio Engage is a strategic partner in the Health \& Life Sciences sector.* *Our global team enhances local expertise and combines a diverse mix of skills with data, science, and technology to deliver tailored engagement solutions that help our clients reimagine how they connect with patients, people, and providers to improve outcomes.
