We are currently looking to hire an experienced **Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)** with strong expertise in **Dynatrace** to join a strategic project within the **banking sector**. The professional will join a specialized observability and operations team, contributing to ensuring the stability, performance, and monitoring of mission-critical platforms in complex, distributed environments. The role involves significant **Dynatrace platform management and administration**, including participation in agent deployment and maintenance, configuration of monitoring components, analysis of metrics and traces, and integration with other tools across the technology ecosystem. The position also requires a cross-functional understanding of **infrastructure, microservices, containers, and cloud environments**, helping improve system reliability and operational efficiency. This position follows a **hybrid work model**, with possible locations in **Madrid, Seville, Granada, Córdoba, or Jaén**, integrated into a demanding technological environment focused on continuous improvement and adoption of SRE and DevOps best practices. If you are motivated to work in **highly critical technological environments**, deliver value on large-scale platforms, and join a team committed to operational excellence, SG Tech offers an environment where you can further develop your career. **Project Conditions** * Minimum required experience: 5 years * Work model: hybrid * Andalusia: 4 days onsite / 1 remote * Madrid: 3 days onsite / 2 remote * Location: Jaén, Granada, Seville, Córdoba, or Madrid * Working hours: * September to June: 40 hours per week * July and August: 35 hours per week * Required English level: B1 **Main Responsibilities** * Deploy Dynatrace components by installing, configuring, and maintaining **OneAgent** on servers, containers, and cloud environments (Azure) for monitoring data collection. * Configure and manage **ActiveGates** for cloud environments, especially Azure infrastructure. * Administer the **Dynatrace SaaS** platform, ensuring its proper operation, alert configuration, dashboards, and metrics. * Implement integrations between Dynatrace and other IT ecosystem tools, such as **CI/CD platforms, ITSM tools (ServiceNow), and observability systems**. * Monitor and analyze **metrics, logs, and traces** to improve system availability and performance. * Collaborate with operations, development, and platform teams to optimize application and service reliability. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * Proven hands-on experience with **Dynatrace**: * OneAgent * ActiveGate * Extensions * OpenTelemetry * Synthetic probes * Dashboard creation and alert management * Knowledge of **APM (Application Performance Monitoring)**. * Experience with **Windows and Linux systems**. * Understanding of **web architectures, microservices, and distributed systems**. * Experience with **containers and Kubernetes**. * Experience in **cloud environments (AWS or Azure)**. * Knowledge of **network fundamentals**: TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS. * Experience in **log, metric, and trace analysis**. * Minimum **5 years of experience in Operations, SRE, or DevOps environments**. * **English level B1**. ### **Desirable** * Knowledge or experience with **OpenSearch**.
