National and international projects DESCRIPTION We need to hire a **Java Developer**, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and advanced English proficiency, to work in a hybrid mode on national and international projects. We are looking for a candidate with expertise in **Java, Spring, Camunda, and advanced English**. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract with us. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00; Friday 08:00–15:00 \+ summer intensive schedule. * Hybrid working mode in Madrid (2 or 3 days per week); in Seville, Granada, Jaén, and Córdoba, it would be 4 days per week. * Professional development. * Job stability. * Salary: Negotiable \+ access to flexible compensation. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** * 3–5 years’ experience in Java development * Solid experience with Spring * Knowledge of or experience with Camunda * Knowledge of corporate banking domain * Advanced English proficiency * Ability to integrate into an in-office/hybrid work model, according to company policy **Desirable** * Prior experience in complex banking–financial environments * Participation in business process–oriented projects * Ability to communicate effectively in international contexts * Experience in teams applying continuous delivery practices and operating in corporate environments
