Development of data pipelines and AI models #### **Job Description** At **The Whiteam Consulting**, we are looking for a **Data Scientist with Data Engineering and Machine Learning Engineering capabilities** to join an innovative project focused on developing **AI Agents** within the client’s AI Factory. The selected candidate will work in a highly technical environment, participating in building data pipelines, developing AI models and agents, and closely collaborating with data science and cloud platform teams. This is a hybrid position: attendance at the client’s offices in **Madrid every 1–2 weeks** is required (flexible depending on project needs). #### **Responsibilities** * Design and develop robust **data pipelines** for data ingestion, processing, and preparation. * Implement **ETL/ELT** processes in AWS cloud environments. * Develop and maintain **Machine Learning** components for AI agents. * Code advanced solutions in **Python**, oriented toward both data science and engineering. * Collaborate with Data, ML, and Architecture teams to integrate new functionalities. * Contribute to the development of new **AI Agents** within the AI Factory. * Ensure scalability, quality, monitoring, and efficiency of implemented solutions. * Participate periodically in face-to-face technical meetings in Madrid (every 1–2 weeks). #### **Requirements** * Experience as a **Data Scientist**, with elements of **Data Engineering** and **Machine Learning Engineering**. * Solid knowledge of: + **AWS** (data, compute, and storage services) + **Data Pipelines** + **ETL/ELT** + **Python** (data processing, ML, APIs, automation) * Experience working with large-scale data and production-grade models. * Ability to work in hybrid and collaborative environments. * Strong communication skills and technical autonomy. **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals with extensive experience in technology consulting.
