Payroll issue resolution and employee support **Senior Payroll Technician** ============================== April 27, 2026 We are looking for a Senior Payroll Technician with proven experience and strong proficiency in SAGE to join our team, with the objective of independently and comprehensively managing the entire payroll cycle. **What will be your responsibilities?** – Full end-to-end payroll cycle management: calculation, review, validation, and monthly closing. – Preparation and filing of tax forms 111 and 190\. – Social Security administration: – Employee registrations, cancellations, and data updates. – Social security contributions and insurance via SILTRA. – Processing of temporary disability leaves (ITs), certificates, and official communications. – Regular use of official tools: – Contrat@: contract notifications, extensions, and modifications. – Certific@2: submission of company certificates. – Sistema RED / SILTRA. – Payroll management via SAGE. – Management of employment contracts, final settlements (finiquitos), and severance calculations. – Calculation of back pay, IRPF adjustments, and salary corrections. – Monitoring and validation of variables: absences, vacations, medical leaves, bonuses, commissions, and social benefits. – Interpretation and application of various collective bargaining agreements. – Preparation of labor reports and cost analysis. – Payroll issue resolution and employee support. **Minimum Requirements** – Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Payroll Technician or in a similar role. – Advanced knowledge of SAGE, including configuration, is mandatory. – Experience in companies with large workforces (environments with \+500 employees). – Proficient use of SILTRA, Sistema RED, Contrat@, and Certific@2\. – Demonstrable experience in filing tax forms 111 and 190\. – Solid knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security regulations, and IRPF. – Advanced Excel skills. **What do we offer?** – Permanent contract – Hybrid working model. – Flexible working hours. – Flexible compensation. – Excellent work environment and specialized team. – A stable and growing company within the financial sector. ##### **Permanent** ##### **09\.00\-18\.00 hrs** ##### **Madrid**
