What will you do at Allianz? * Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Artificial Intelligence solutions, including GenAI and agent-based systems. * Build scalable, reusable, and production-ready AI products. * Design and evolve the corporate AI framework, defining architectures, standards, and best practices. * Ensure scalability, governance, and sustainability of AI solutions. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (AI Act), security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles. * Collaborate cross-functionally with business, data, and technology teams to identify automation and AI opportunities. * Translate business needs into technical solutions and accelerate AI adoption across the organization. * Contribute to achieving the objectives of the Automation AI Center of Excellence (CoE), delivering tangible impact aligned with the company’s strategy. What do we need from you? * University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM disciplines. * Minimum 5 years’ experience developing Artificial Intelligence solutions, especially GenAI (or equivalent experience). * Advanced proficiency in Python and software development. * Knowledge of cloud architectures and LLMOps environments. * Strong analytical capabilities and skills to solve complex problems. * Experience working in multidisciplinary environments and collaborating across different functions. * Experience with agent frameworks and advanced MLOps / LLMOps. * Knowledge of data governance and Responsible AI models. * Experience in corporate environments with regulatory requirements. * High level of English and Spanish proficiency.
