




Position Summary: We are seeking a Labor Relations/Law professional with solid experience in personnel management, incident handling, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personnel management and mutual insurance administration 2. Preparation of reports, contracts, and payroll control 3. Commitment to the Code of Ethics and Compliance system We seek a candidate holding a degree related to Labor Relations or Law, with solid experience in personnel management and administration. Proficiency in office software is essential; familiarity with specialized payroll systems—such as Meta4, ERP Payroll, WinSuite, or the Sistema Red—is highly valued. A high level of English proficiency and training in equality matters are also appreciated. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive handling of incidents within Personnel Departments, centralized administration of mutual insurance matters concerning employment terminations and deductions, and management of debts owed to the General Treasury of the Social Security and to the mutual insurance entity. You will prepare monthly reports, formalize employment contracts and Social Security registrations, and assume responsibility for payroll control, payment, and related documentation. Additionally, you will prepare individual employee files, systematically report personnel changes, and provide employees with detailed information regarding their contracts, terms and conditions, benefits, and retirement arrangements. You will manage vacation schedules and other personnel-related incidents, and your commitment to our Code of Ethics and its Compliance system—particularly in criminal law, anti-bribery, and competition defense—will be essential.
