




We are looking for an HR Administration Technician with a degree preferably in Labor Relations or Law. Experience in administrative personnel management and advanced computer skills are required. Knowledge of payroll management software such as Meta4, ERP Payroll Management, WinSuite, and Sistema Red is essential. A good level of English is a plus, as is training in equality. Responsibilities include addressing incidents identified in HR departments and centrally managing the relationship with the Mutual Fund regarding terminations and deductions. You will also manage debt with the General Treasury of the Social Security and the Mutual Fund by preparing monthly reports. Employment contracts and Social Security registrations will be formalized, and you will prepare, control, and pay salaries along with their related documentation. Additionally, individual employee files will be created and maintained, communicating any personnel changes and modifications. You will provide information on contractual conditions, professional categories, social benefits, retirements, and severance payments. Monitoring vacations and other personnel-related issues will also be part of the responsibilities. Commitment to complying with the Code of Ethics and the "Compliance" system is expected.
