




**The opportunity** We are looking for a **PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION TECHNICIAN** to manage all aspects related to the company's personnel. Your main responsibility will be coordinating and preparing payrolls, managing employee documentation, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and performing other key functions within the department. You will provide support from the central office in Madrid to all company work centers. **Summary of your responsibilities** * Managing employee hires, terminations, and contracts. * Preparing and reviewing payroll, including variable payments, allowances, garnishments, and settlements. * Monitoring applicable collective bargaining agreements and employment conditions. * Processing social security filings and communications with Social Security. * Tax matters: Form 111 and 190\. * Tracking absences, vacations, and leaves. * Archiving and managing employee personnel files. * Coordinating and monitoring training subsidies (FUNDAE) and associated documentation. * Preparing internal and external reports related to personnel. * Addressing and resolving employee inquiries regarding employment matters, payroll, and contractual conditions. **We are looking for someone who has:** * University degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or similar. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll management. * Solid knowledge of labor relations and current regulations. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. * Experience using payroll management systems (Sage Murano, A3 NOM, Meta4, Logic, Success Factor or equivalent). * Intermediate level of English. * Experience in multi-site environments or companies with decentralized structures. * Personal skills: organization, effective communication, teamwork ability, and problem-solving. **We believe you'll love working with us** * Permanent contract * Working hours (37\.5h/week): Mon\-Thu 8\-5:15 PM and Fri 8\-3 PM. * Full-time intensive schedule during July and August. * 24 vacation days * Positive work environment. * Professional development opportunities within a growing multinational. * Other benefits. **Our company** TCR operates worldwide in the most inspiring locations.
