We are leaders in quality (4.8/5) and technology within our sector. **What would your role be?** * **Onboarding and Offboarding:** Coordinate with the HR department, managing all hiring and termination documentation, system enrollments and cancellations, creation of corporate accounts, kit delivery and welcome sessions, organizational chart updates, etc. * **Payroll and Personnel Administration:** Support the HR team in preparing and reviewing payroll, tracking absences, vacations, benefits, flexible compensation, settlements, and expense and variable management. * **Employee Communication and Experience Management:** Ensure high-quality Talent service delivery, supporting employee requests. * **Company Events and Workplace Climate:** Support and assist in organizing corporate activities, team-building events, and other initiatives to reinforce team motivation and cohesion. * **HR Data and Tools Management:** Keep personnel databases and internal talent management tools (e.g., Factorial) up to date. * **Cross-Functional Collaboration and Connectivity:** Act as the liaison between the Talent team and other departments (HR, IT, Marketing, etc.), facilitating communication and streamlining joint processes. * **Benefits Program:** Manage enrollments, cancellations, and changes for health insurance plans, flexible compensation platforms, and others. **Who are we looking for?** * You are a good person eager to grow professionally and improve the world; you care about your work and its real-world impact. * You possess strong organizational skills, focus on meeting objectives and deadlines, commitment to impeccable quality, continuous improvement, and a clear bias toward action. * You hold a university degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or a related field. * Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Personnel Administration, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles. * Experience with Factorial, Slack, or Google Workspace is desirable. * Excellent communication skills, including active listening and empathy, fostering healthy and positive relationships with colleagues. * Strong interpersonal competencies. * High energy, passion, and commitment. * Native-level Spanish proficiency. * Residence location: Barcelona and/or Madrid. **Why join Qida?** * **You’ll work alongside good people who are also good humans;** talent quality matters deeply to us and motivates us. * **You’ll work on a high-growth project,** building something truly ambitious. * **What we do has real-life impact on people;** the purpose behind our work is why we’re here. * **We offer market-competitive compensation.** **What do we offer?** * Indefinite full-time contract in a growing sector, within a team committed to your professional development. * Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. * 3 weeks of remote work per year from anywhere you choose. * Regular development sessions with your manager focused on your growth. * A career development plan tailored to your personal and professional growth. * A high-quality work environment and the opportunity to be part of a team committed to the values and culture of a social-impact company. * 23 vacation days plus a birthday day off. * Coffee, breakfasts, and pizza day in the office. * Payflow tax-advantaged application for meal and transportation expenses, and salary advance options. * Access to health insurance for you and your family, with exclusive benefits as a member of the Qida Group. * QidaDay and QidaParty: Twice a year, we gather to celebrate our achievements, goals, and values. **Are you interested?** Apply to our job posting and help us change the world!
