At Elis, the HR Technician at the plant ensures efficient and close personnel management, contributing to the well-being and development of all employees. * You will comprehensively manage the HR department at the plant, ensuring compliance with all labor regulations. * You will prepare employment contracts and manage the full payroll cycle, including Social Security registrations and deregistrations. * You will enter and track occupational health and safety incidents (IT/AT) in the system, manage use of Contrat@, and handle employee documentation. You will identify training needs and collaborate in proposing internal training programs. * You will recruit suitable candidates for each position and propose and lead monthly engagement activities at the plant. * You will review documentation and closely collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) department to ensure a safe working environment.
