At **Grupo Imput**, a service company with presence in Madrid and Málaga, we are seeking a **Human Resources Technician** to manage the company's labor area. This person will be responsible for payrolls, contracts, and severance payments, working in direct contact with management and helping to structure the department. **Responsibilities:** * Complete preparation of payrolls and social security filings. * Registrations, cancellations, and modifications in Social Security. * Employment contracts, settlement documents, and severance payments. * Labor advisory services and application of collective agreements. * Coordination with the legal department. * Organization and development of the HR department. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Advanced knowledge of payrolls, severance payments, and labor legislation. * Education in Labor Relations, Law, or related field. * Proficiency with payroll software and office applications. **We offer:** * Indefinite contract with a probation period. * Full-time hours. * Gross annual salary based on qualifications and experience (**approximately 25\.000 – 30\.000 €/year paid in 14 installments**). * **Remote work as the primary mode, with occasional in-office presence when necessary.** Job type: Full-time Salary: 1\.800,00€\-2\.200,00€ per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite contract * Company phone * Optional remote work Work location: Hybrid remote in 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid province
