




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle full-cycle payroll management and personnel administration, ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire payroll process—from data collection to final closure—ensuring accuracy and full legal compliance at every step. This includes preparing and filing mandatory quarterly and annual tax declarations, such as Forms 111 and 190, and resolving daily payroll-related issues. Additionally, you will handle social security registration, enrollment, and deregistration procedures, ensuring all documentation and records remain up to date. A solid command of current labor and social security legislation, as well as proficiency with payroll management software, is essential for this role. We require a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve potential issues. Prior experience in optimizing payroll and social security processes—always aiming for maximum efficiency—is highly valued. You will join an active team where you can contribute your expertise and continue growing within the human resources and personnel administration field. A minimum of three years’ experience in end-to-end payroll cycle management is required, including submission of tax forms 111 and 190, and handling daily payroll incidents and social security movements. A Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) qualification in Administration or a related field is desirable.
