We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for our central offices in Madrid.### **Responsibilities** Some of the responsibilities will include:* Assisting in planning, organizing, and processing the necessary information for payroll calculation * Managing registrations, terminations, and other changes within Social Security * Tasks related to hiring and tax payments * Various administrative tasks related to the department ### **Qualifications** What are we looking for? * Higher Vocational Training qualification * Experience in carrying out administrative procedures with official agencies: * + General Social Security Scheme: registrations, terminations, data modifications, contributions, etc. (experience with RED and SILTRA systems) + SEPE: Contract notifications and company certificates + Tax Agency: IRPF payments and enforcement management * Advanced level in Excel * Knowledge of A3Equipo or A3Nom is desirable * Accounting knowledge is desirable * High degree of confidentiality in handling information * Strong time management and organizational skills * Attention to detail * Results-oriented * Verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English * Teamwork ability * Flexibility What do we offer?* Permanent contract * Salary of €24,000 gross/year * Flexible working hours * Attractive social benefits package including training support, participation in the Company Pension Plan, employee referral program, among others.
