Our purpose is to build a safer, more efficient, and sustainable future through technology. **Join our Software Production Directorate, leading Web Portal projects!** This unit is responsible for designing and developing advanced web solutions for critical environments, ensuring accessibility, security, and user experience on high-impact platforms. ### **What will you do?** * Lead and coordinate a Web Portals Development team (10–15 people). * Supervise the technical progress of projects and track assigned tasks. * Provide technical support when blockers or questions arise within the team. * Conduct periodic performance evaluations of team members. * Ensure proper technical coordination within the team and across other areas—especially with the solution’s technical coordinator. * Participate in the design and development of web portals, guaranteeing quality and functionality. * Ensure implementation of best practices in web security and data protection. * Collaborate in defining UI/UX and accessibility standards (WCAG). ### **What are we looking for?** ✅ At least 3 years of experience leading teams and managing web development projects. ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience developing web applications and portals. ✅ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as **Angular, React, or Vue.js**. ✅ Knowledge of web security, UI/UX, and accessibility (WCAG). ✅ Experience with JEE (EJB, JMS, JPA, JAX-RS, JAX-WS) and OpenJDK 8 or later. ✅ Experience with relational databases (Oracle) and PL/SQL.
