**Description:** ---------------- Servinform, a BPO services company, is hiring a team of teleoperators for a fixed-duration project to inform and guide self-employed workers regarding a procedure related to their social security contribution regime. * Main responsibilities: * Answering incoming calls. * Providing information about the assembly and its voting process. * Resolving basic inquiries. * Recording activities in the system. WE OFFER: * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, within the split-shift timeframe: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 AM–2:00 PM on Friday. * Start date: July 15; 2-hour training session on July 14\. * Location: Work will be carried out at Avda. Premios Noble (Torrejón de Ardoz), Casablanca Industrial Park, accessible via Renfe station: Soto del Henares. The 3-day training will take place in the Avda. América area. * Salary: €17,139 gross/year (€1,428.25 gross/month) * Temporary contract, estimated duration: 6 months. * Collective agreement: Contact Center.
