The position involves rotating shifts (morning shift from 08:00 to 16:00 and evening shift from 16:00 to 23:59\) and rotating days (5 days per week, Monday through Sunday). All standard responsibilities include: customer greeting and assistance, managing check\-in and check\-out, handling messages from various OTAs (Booking and Expedia) and email, reservation management and modifications, billing and payments, coordination with housekeeping and maintenance departments, incident resolution, personalized guest service, and general daily operational support for the hotel. ### **Requirements** Especially valued: Prior experience in hotel front desk operations. Native-level English proficiency (other languages are a plus). Professional appearance and customer orientation. Teamwork capability and incident resolution skills. Experience using the Cloudbeds PMS. Knowledge and operation of the Akiles system for smart access and entry management. Native-level Spanish and English proficiency. Minimum 12 months of verifiable hotel experience (employment record) in a similar role. Dynamic individual. Strong ability to work collaboratively.
