Join our team as a Security Systems Project Manager and lead the planning and oversight of electronic security projects, ensuring quality, innovation, and an exceptional experience for our customers. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Manage installation and maintenance projects for security systems—from planning through final delivery—ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Coordinate customer services and maintenance contracts, meeting agreed-upon standards and delivering high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations. * Plan and supervise resources and technical teams (internal and external), controlling costs and optimizing processes. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, managing incidents, risks, and changes. * Prepare technical reports and documentation, driving continuous improvement and compliance with regulations and standards. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * Experience managing installation and maintenance projects, preferably in Electronic Security. * Experience managing services and maintenance. * Knowledge of intrusion detection, CCTV, and access control systems. * Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, ERP). * Strong planning, organizational, and control skills. * Customer- and results-oriented mindset. * Effective communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities. **What Do We Offer?** Johnson Controls offers a competitive compensation package aligned with your qualifications and experience.
