We know you by name, care about your personal balance, and want you to grow with us. **Your mission at Kairós** We are seeking a **Product Owner** with a technical profile and solid experience in software development projects to join our community. Your mission will be to lead product definition and evolution, working across multiple simultaneous initiatives while ensuring an exceptional user experience. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * **Agile Framework Management:** Execute Scrum as Product Owner, adapting within a structured process under SAFe (or other scaling frameworks such as LeSS, Nexus, etc.). * **Product Definition:** Actively participate in defining and scoping features (*feature scoping*). * **Backlog Management:** Facilitate backlog planning sessions and be responsible for defining and sizing work items in collaboration with the engineering team. * **Coordination and Planning:** Coordinate build dates and feature content with Program Managers, and lead high- and low-level technical estimation processes. * **Facilitation and Unblockment:** Oversee the development team’s *daily standup*, and work cross-functionally across the organization to remove any impediments or *roadblocks*. * **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate closely with stakeholders outside the platform team to understand, align, and document their requirements. * **Technical Guidance and Documentation:** Help guide technical implementation decisions aligned with architectural vision, keeping Jira tickets and Confluence documentation up to date. * **Team Evolution:** Continuously seek to optimize team velocity and productivity by eliminating inefficiencies, always promoting high motivation and morale within the team. **What will make you successful** * **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Product Owner role on IT development projects. * **Methodologies and Development:** More than 4 years’ experience working with software development methodologies, version control tools, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) environments. * **Agile Knowledge:** Proven mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity or experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or others). * **Technical Skills:** Prior experience in software development or programming tasks. * **Languages:** Advanced English (minimum B2–C1) and native or C1-level Spanish. * **Education:** Technical Engineering degree, Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. #### **Desirable Requirements (Nice-to-have)** * Prior experience in peer leadership roles (e.g., developer, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Release Engineer, Quality Lead, etc.). * Familiarity with applying Agile approaches within sequential delivery models or regulated industries. * Ability to self-learn and apply new skills with minimal supervision. **Differentiating Benefits** **Meaningful Professional Growth** * Ongoing corporate training. * Free **English classes** in small groups. * Continuous mentoring and personalized support. * Participation in conferences, events, and tech communities. **Real Balance and Flexibility** * **23 vacation days** + December 24 and 31 off. * 1 day for professional events and **3 flexible conciliation days**. * **Hybrid work model**: combining work from wherever suits you best with required in-office attendance at our Pozuelo offices. **Benefits and Personal Well-being** * **Flexible compensation** (Cobee) for meals, transportation, training, and childcare. * **Health insurance** with Cigna, Adeslas, or Sanitas. * **Wellness program** supporting emotional and psychological well-being. **\#TRY \#THINK \#FEEL \#ENJOY** At Kairós, we firmly believe in the importance of equality and diversity in the workplace.
