You will join a team focused on improving the customer experience through digitalization of key processes and optimization of Opera Cloud. * Knowledge and prior experience working with **Opera Cloud**. * Experience in **customer journey digitalization** initiatives or similar processes. * Demonstrated ability to **gather, analyze, and document functional requirements**. * Skill in transforming business needs into clear, actionable functional documentation. * Operational perspective and ability to understand hotel or customer service processes. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Manage and optimize **Opera Cloud** for daily operational use. * Lead **customer journey digitalization** initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and coordinating implementation. * Gather, analyze, and document business **functional requirements**. * Translate operational needs into **clear, actionable functional documentation**. * Collaborate with operational teams to evolve and improve the **Digital Check-in / Check-out** service.
