




Position Summary: The Loyalty Support Technician supports the development and implementation of activities aimed at improving the satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty of collaborators. Manage relationships with external suppliers and budgets. ##### **You will help end world hunger by ...** The Loyalty Support Technician supports the development and implementation of activities focused on retaining current and attracting potential collaborators, with the aim of enhancing their satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty. ##### **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Contribute to defining and implementing actions under the loyalty plan targeting Action Against Hunger collaborators through various channels, aiming to increase their commitment, retention rate, and lifetime value. * Participate in designing and managing strategies and actions aimed at minimizing attrition among current collaborators, recovering and reactivating lapsed collaborators, and maximizing the value derived from partnerships and donations. * Manage relationships with externally contracted service providers and efficiently manage the allocated budget. * Assist in database management, incident handling, and complaint resolution within our CRM or wherever required. * Conduct evaluation, reporting, and monitoring of activities and projects (developed directly or indirectly), preparing performance reports and indicators to enable corrective measures and track activity, impact, and return on investment. ##### **Does this description fit you?** * Background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Proven experience of at least one year in loyalty or telemarketing departments. * Experience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and proficiency in leveraging new technologies, as well as advanced skills in office software applications. * Excellent communication skills and public-facing abilities. * English language proficiency is an asset. ##### **Our compensation package:** We offer: * Permanent contract. * Position based at Action Against Hunger’s headquarters in Madrid. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with candidate qualifications. * Access to flexible benefits plans (health insurance, transportation, childcare vouchers, meal vouchers). * Full access to the organization’s emotional wellbeing program. * A personalized professional development path where talent and motivation are recognized. * Continuous training in both technical skills and soft competencies. * Work-life balance, including flexible working hours, intensive work schedules, and eligibility for our teleworking program. * 26 working days of annual leave, which may be scheduled at your discretion—including half-day options.
