Description

**Job Title** Global Workday Solutions Manager The **People Technologies** team at **Amadeus** is looking for a **Manager** to lead the **Workday HCM** functional area. In this role, you will oversee the **end\-to\-end management** of Workday HCM, ensuring seamless **configuration, testing, change management, and delivery** on a **global scale**. You will play a **critical role** in driving system **innovation, governance, and continuous improvement**, ensuring that changes are effectively **supervised** and aligned with best practices. This includes reviewing and validating **configuration updates, enhancements, and fixes** implemented by colleagues to maintain system integrity and optimal functionality. A successful Manager will be a **collaborative leader**, partnering across teams to assess **cross\-functional impacts** of any design or configuration changes. You will work closely with **HR Centers of Excellence** to design, test, and implement **scalable enterprise solutions**, all while applying strong **project management principles** and ensuring **clear and effective communication**. **What You’ll Do** ================== **Strategic Leadership \& Project Management** * Partner with **key stakeholders** across Amadeus to **align, plan, and execute** HR technology initiatives, including governance models, policy implementation, and HR tool enhancements. * Manage project execution, ensuring that business requirements are met while **proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary**. * **Supervise** and validate changes made by colleagues to ensure compliance with best practices and system integrity. **Systems Analysis \& Continuous Improvement** * Assess the **impact of system changes**, ensuring holistic, well\-communicated, and cross\-functional consideration before implementation. * Identify opportunities to **enhance Workday processes**, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and scalability. * Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain changes in different **Workday modules**, ensuring optimal user experience. **Operational Maintenance \& Troubleshooting** * Ensure the ongoing **operability, compliance, and adoption** of Workday functionalities across global teams. * Develop **deep expertise** in Workday and apply **analytical problem\-solving skills** to troubleshoot and resolve system defects. **About You** ============= **Required Experience \& Skills** * **Bachelor’s degree** in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science**, or a related field. * A **seasoned HRIS professional** with **broad experience** across **multiple HR technologies**, with at least **3 years of experience** with implementing **Workday HCM** modules in a **global, enterprise environment**. * Ability to support **multiple priorities** and workstreams, ensuring seamless digital solution deployment. **What Sets You Apart** * **Meticulous approach** to **impact analysis**, ensuring system changes are carefully reviewed for cross\-functional dependencies and unintended consequences. * **Customer\-focused** mindset with a passion for **enhancing the employee experience** through HR technologies. * **Collaborative leader**, eager to work across **functional and technical teams**, deepening expertise in all Workday functional areas. * Strong commitment to **quality, integrity, and continuous improvement**, with the ability to handle **sensitive data** with discretion. * **Excellent communicator** across multiple channels (email, Teams, Zoom, etc.), with the ability to **synthesize complex requests** into actionable solutions. * **Action\-oriented, adaptable, and innovative**, thriving in **fast\-paced, dynamic environments**.
