Your main responsibilities may include: \- Supporting the management and development of relationships with clients and travel agencies, with a focus on loyalty and effective resolution of incidents. \- Collaborating in optimizing and commercializing strategic services for independent hotels, negotiating terms and advising on sales strategy. \- Handling and managing international requests and reservations, including follow-up, confirmations, and modifications to deliver high-quality service. \- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and achievement of commercial goals. ### **Requirements** \- Recent graduates in Tourism, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or Philology (vocational training programs and undergraduate degrees). \- Advanced level of English; additional languages are valued. \- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer orientation. \- Proactive profile with enthusiasm for growth within a dynamic and multicultural environment. \- Prior experience (though not mandatory) in travel agencies, hotels, customer service, or reservations is considered an advantage. ### **What We Offer** At Keytel, you will become part of a leading company in the travel sector, experiencing continuous growth and global expansion, committed to the ongoing professional development of its team.
