At Loro Parque, we are seeking a Labor Administrative Officer to temporarily join our Human Resources team, covering a medical leave replacement. If you are an organized person eager to learn and grow professionally in the field of labor relations, we want to meet you! REQUIREMENTS * Education in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a position related to labor management, personnel administration, or labor consultancy. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations. * Proficiency in office software, especially Excel. * Experience with payroll management systems (e.g., A3NOM INNUVA or similar) and tools such as Sistema RED or SILTRA will be valued. * Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team. FUNCTIONS * Provide support in the administrative management of the labor area. * Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly payrolls and related incidents. * Support the management of Social Security registrations, cancellations, and modifications. * Assist in managing employment contracts, extensions, and labor-related documentation. * Support the preparation of documentation related to Personal Income Tax (IRPF) and Social Security. * Archive, control, and update personnel documentation. * Collaborate with the team on various administrative tasks arising from the department.
