Your role: The main function of the **Revenue Management Specialist** position will be to administer Revenue Management systems. Your challenges: * Administer and provide support for Revenue Management systems. * Propose and implement best practices to maximize revenue and efficiency. * Lead and participate in strategic and transformation projects. Financial planning for RASK and commercial CAPEX/OPEX. * Train and support analysts within the team. * Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Network Planning, Finance, IT, etc.) and external partners (system providers, commercial alliances). * Contribute to the design of automated processes, definition of algorithms, and technological solutions. Your qualifications: * Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. * Experience: more than 3 years of experience in Revenue Management within airline companies. * Languages: advanced English at B2 level. * Basic programming knowledge in Python or VBA is desirable. Your competencies * Effective communication and presentation skills. * Ability to manage projects and relationships with senior executives. * Negotiation skills. * Project management in cross-functional teams.
