Main Responsibilities: Recruiting, identifying and selecting candidates in Engineering, Architecture and Construction fields, in collaboration with Commercial and Production departments. Posting job openings across multiple recruitment channels and conducting proactive candidate searches using various tools. Resume screening, competency-based interviews and offer negotiation with candidates. Administrative procedures arising from personnel management and hiring. Managing, updating and maintaining candidate and employee databases. Onboarding and reception of new staff. Monitoring and executing support activities for training program management. Minimum Requirements: Degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, Labor Relations and Human Resources, or Sociology. A Master’s degree in HR is highly desirable. At least 1–2 years’ experience in HR management within the Engineering and Construction sector. Proven experience using diverse recruitment sources, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Infojobs. Advanced knowledge of labor legislation and regulations. Experience with HR management platforms / ERP systems is an advantage. Advanced Excel proficiency is desirable. Proactive, solution-oriented individual with leadership potential and strong teamwork, planning, organizational and communication skills. What We Offer: Permanent contract. Hybrid work model.
