Due to our growth, we need to incorporate a Talent Development Specialist into our People & Culture team to support the design of the Human Resources strategy, as well as talent attraction processes, onboarding of new hires, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. **Key responsibilities:** * Manage talent attraction and management processes. * Conduct competency-based interviews to identify the most suitable profiles for each vacancy. * Manage end-to-end selection processes. * Advise and support Hiring Managers on HR and recruitment matters. * Design and execute headhunting and talent attraction initiatives via job portals. * Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and direct online and offline talent attraction campaigns. * Collaborate with Marketing in preparing Welcome Packs for new hires. * Support the preparation of onboarding processes and welcome plans. * Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire process. * Align with and periodically review hiring and training needs alongside Hiring Managers. * Support offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews. * Support the development of Graduate Programmes to identify top talent. **Minimum requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles. * University degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. * A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in HR Management or People Analytics is highly valued. * Proven experience in talent selection techniques and competency-based interviews. * Experience managing end-to-end selection processes and onboarding processes. * Familiarity with HR CRM tools (e.g., Factorial, Bizneo). * Languages: Native Spanish and Catalan; advanced English.
