We are seeking a Site Manager to join our Construction team, supporting procurement and subcontracting strategies for projects across Spain. Your objective will be to standardize processes, improve performance, and manage shared capabilities. Your primary role will be to support the end-to-end management of departmental projects/works, both during the study and execution phases, reporting to the designated Project Manager or Project Director, and providing technical support to the team to ensure the highest quality standards and achievement of company objectives. What This Role Entails You will provide technical support to the commercial team in client interactions, conducting technical site visits to collect data and assess requirements. You will closely collaborate with Design and Engineering teams in developing architectural and installation projects, primarily in the office and retail fit-out domain. You will manage the subcontracting strategy, soliciting, analyzing, and managing proposals from various suppliers, performing comparative analyses and building strategic relationships that optimize capabilities and performance. You will control costs, planning, and financial closings with both clients and suppliers. You will ensure quality of on-site construction procedures, materials, and finishes, managing necessary resources to meet project commitments. You will prepare required documentation throughout the project lifecycle: measurements, schedules, financial controls, meeting minutes, as-built documentation, among others. **Do You Fit?
