Job Summary: We are seeking a Revit CAD Designer to join our Architecture Drafting team to develop interior architecture and installation projects in REVIT. Key Highlights: 1. Development of interior architecture and installation projects in REVIT. 2. Creation of renders, photomontages, and virtual animations based on REVIT. 3. At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we aim to hire a Revit CAD Designer to join the Architecture Division’s Drafting Team, based at our Madrid offices. **Responsibilities:** * Development of interior architecture and installation drafting projects in REVIT. * Modeling office layouts, commercial premises, and/or industrial warehouses in REVIT from sketches or CAD drawings in the office. * REVIT drafting for architecture, interior design, or installation projects. * REVIT-based drafting of construction details. * Support in designing presentations and/or commercial or marketing initiatives. * Creation of renders, photomontages, and/or 3D views based on REVIT. * Photomontages and/or visual support for projects and/or presentations. * Virtual animations based on REVIT. **Requirements:** * Architect / Technical Architect / Interior Designer / Graphic Designer / Engineer. * Experience of \+3 years collaborating or working in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering firms, having developed office (interior or new construction), industrial warehouse, or retail projects. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD ARCHITECTURE, PHOTOSHOP, REVIT, and 3Ds Max Studio. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio, Photoshop, REVIT, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of PRESTO is desirable. * Knowledge and experience in drafting for construction, interior design, and installation projects — graphic design software — BIM project development expertise. * Advanced level of English. * Organized individual, highly detail-oriented, and capable of teamwork.
