




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced construction project management leader to supervise teams, direct high-technical-demand interventions, and ensure quality, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead construction project management with team supervision and development. 2. Lead high-technical-demand interventions in historical rehabilitation. 3. Manage all project phases, from initiation to completion. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead construction project management in Madrid. Your primary responsibility will be supervising and developing a team of project managers, continuously improving how we execute construction works and ensuring that everyone operates as a unified team. You will oversee interventions requiring a high level of technical expertise—such as the rehabilitation of buildings of significant historical value—where your judgment will be critical to achieving successful outcomes. You will be responsible for all project phases, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards, scheduled timelines, and approved budgets. You will serve as the liaison point between owners, stakeholders, and key decision-makers, promoting clear and effective communication to ensure smooth project progress. Proven experience in the construction or real estate development sector is essential, with at least five years of specific experience—including managing teams of project managers and leading large-scale residential or rehabilitation projects. Your ability to train and guide technical professionals and independently manage substantial budgets will be especially valued. Strong negotiation skills, a clear business vision, and direct, transparent communication with senior leadership are indispensable. A university degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Senior Engineering is required. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Presto will be considered a strong advantage. **Contract:** Permanent, full-time. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Building Engineering, or Senior Engineering qualification. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the construction/real estate development sector. Experience managing teams of Project Managers and large-scale residential or rehabilitation projects. Ability to mentor technical professionals. Experience in autonomous management of high-value budgets. High-level negotiation skills. Business-oriented mindset. Direct and transparent communication. Willingness to travel nationwide. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Presto.
