Job Summary: We are seeking a Trainee for the Retail Division in Madrid to support information management, business analysis, and income tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in information management and business analysis. 2. Collaboration in internal management to ensure service quality. 3. Monitoring of income and expenses to propose improvements. At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we aim to recruit a Trainee to join our Retail Division based at our Madrid offices. **Responsibilities**: * Support in information management: involvement in preparing reports and analyzing business situations to advise clients from financial, analytical, and legal perspectives (commercial transactions, KPI monitoring, construction budget tracking, discounts, etc.). * Support in internal management across departments involved in client service delivery, ensuring information and service quality, as well as consistency of service across all managed assets. * Monitoring revenue generation and expense management to analyze proposals for improvement. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, etc. * A formal internship agreement with your university is mandatory (either curricular or extracurricular). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). * Advanced level of English. * Strong communication, organizational, proactive, and teamwork skills. * Interest in the real estate sector and curiosity about its trends is highly valued.
